COVID-19 Update

During the COVID-19 pandemic the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff is our top priority. This includes ensuring that we maintain a safe environment for everyone who enters our facility. You will find new safety measures in place when you schedule appointments and come to our facility for care - all with the goal of keeping you safe as we care for you. Here's what you can expect.

Reopening Services

Following Ohio’s guidelines, we are gradually reopening services and procedures that have been curtailed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Please Wear a Face Covering

In an effort to minimize the risk of exposure to yourself and others, anyone who enters our facility should wear a face covering or a mask. All OICPM staff members will also be wearing masks.

For Your Appointment

Follow these instructions when you arrive at the office:

- Park in the parking lot.
- Remain in your car.
- Call our receptionist at 937-435-6400 ext 0.
- Do not enter the office until we have instructed you to do so.
Before services in the office, COVID-19 screening questions will be asked when you make an appointment, a day prior to appointment, and upon arrival. Before entering our facility, everyone will be screened. This screening will include a temperature check and a few brief questions.

Visitor Restrictions

Only patients are permitted in the office. Drivers and/or family members should wait in the car. Exceptions can be made if the patient needs extra assistance.

Strict Cleaning Practices

We have increased the cleaning frequency of patient rooms, restrooms, and commonly touched surfaces. All exam rooms are cleaned continually, and all staff members follow CDC guidelines for hand hygiene and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

We are committed to providing the highest level of healthcare for each of our patients and ensuring that you remain safe at all times.

Thank you for your cooperation.
